Data Processing Notice

ELYNT roles

For the public website, demo requests, analytics and the client account, ELYNT acts as a data controller and decides the purposes and means of processing.

For customer workspaces where a client company manages its promoters, employees, sales, documents and operational data, ELYNT usually acts as a processor or service provider under the customer agreement.

Data categories

We may process lead contact details, account data, company data, plan requests, technical logs, UTM/referrer attribution, cookie consent and data that a customer uploads into its own workspace.

Legal bases

Analytics is based on consent. Demo and pricing communication is based on pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest. Sessions, security, access logs and essential service operation are processed for contract performance, security and legitimate interest.

Subprocessors

Current subprocessor categories: Google Analytics for optional analytics, Google OAuth for account sign-in when enabled, hosting/infrastructure providers, and payment provider when payments are enabled.

Retention

Leads are retained for up to 24 months after the last commercial interaction unless a longer period is needed for legal claims or accounting. Client account data is retained for the contract term and up to 36 months after termination unless deletion is requested earlier and no legal obligation requires retention.

User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, withdraw analytics consent or request data portability where applicable. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month.
